One drawback was that the balcony rails were too low for our liking, which made us a bit nervous, especially if we had children with us. Additionally, there were too many restrictions at the pool, such as not being allowed to bring drinks, which didn't give it a very holiday-like atmosphere.

The value for money at Paraiso Del Sur was excellent, with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The location was ideal, with nearby bars, restaurants, and a grocery shop right in front. The staff were attentive and readily available for any needs.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and choices.

The studio apartment at Paraiso Del Sur Mar Y Teide was absolutely amazing! The spacious living room/bedroom had a jaw-dropping view of both the ocean and mountains. It was well-equipped with all the essential home appliances and even had free Wi-Fi. The room was spotlessly clean and the hot water lasted for a very long time. Despite being in a calm area, we were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear any noise with the windows closed. The location was super convenient, with plenty of food options, a supermarket, bakery, and shops right on the doorstep. The balcony offered a stunning view and provided the perfect spot to relax. The owner, Alex, was an excellent host and great to communicate with. The added bonus of access to the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and there was even easy beach access with sun loungers and umbrellas. We couldn't have asked for a better stay – it was simply perfect!
